The primary objective of this project is to introduce seawater into the site in order to establish a new ecological environment, thereby replacing the existing parking area with its degraded ecological condition. To ensure sustainable operation of the site, energy discharge into the sea is maintained while different energy regeneration devices are utilized to balance the site's operational energy requirements.

Based on the amusement park nature of Luna Park, more outdoor recreational sports venues have been derived that are suitable for beach settings and cater to different users.Utilizing the existing terrain and existing construction changes, the site is made more diverse and interesting with a central pool that offers different activities depending on the water depth.
