The main operating bases are the Gaocuo settlement in the Bayan area and the Green Peak Villa area. In recent years, this area has been affected by the overall poor operating results and the impact of the epidemic, coupled with the original natural factors, poor tourist accessibility and aging population outflow. Insufficient manpower limits the overall development of the region.After interviews and investigations, it was analyzed that the current shortage of manpower and the lack of systematic sustainable management measures are the main issues. Therefore, we will focus on short-term measures that can be implemented.And plan a business model that is affordable by local manpower, and formulate Suggested plans for long-term development, providing local residents as a reference.main-process stream
